image001PHOENIX FILM FESTIVAL CONTINUES TO BRING CLASSIC FILMS TO THE BIG SCREEN FOR THE (R)EVOLUTION OF FILM SERIES WITH THE 1975 CLASSIC “JAWS” ON FEBRUARY 13th

PHOENIX (January 24, 2014) – The Phoenix Film Festival continues the (R)evolution of Film Series, with bringing classic Hollywood blockbusters to the big screen, on February 13th with the 1975 Steven Spielberg classic JAWS.  Once a month, from January through March, the Phoenix Film Festival will be showing films that revolutionized Hollywood at the Harkins Scottsdale 101; all shows start at 7:00 pm, and are a “Pay What You Want” event. All donations will support the Phoenix Film Foundation. All of the films will be introduced along with a post-film discussion by film critic Colin Boyd, and each film will have a different co-host by a local film critic.  The following films will be showing on the following dates, and co-hosted by the following film critics:

 Thursday, February 13th 2014- JAWS; co-hosted by Mike & Joel Massie (GoneWiththeTwins.com) 

Thursday, March 6th 2014- PULP FICTION; co-hosted by Henry Beck (CultureCatch.com)

Harkins Scottsdale 101 is located at 7000 East Mayo Blvd. at Scottsdale Road and Loop 101.

All of the showings are free, and donations to support the film series are appreciated.
